2. Heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4 and Mr.Bala Ramesh, learned counsel for R5.
3. The petitioner has been posted to the fifth respondent Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society at Denkanikottai. The petitioner submits that he is a physically disabled person and there are other Societies of similar nature just nearby to his residence. The petitioner's Page No.2 of 4
request for transfer to some other Societies has not been considered by the respondents. Hence the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The petitioner cannot claim transfer as a matter of right. However, considering the physical condition of the petitioner who is differently-abled, the respondents shall consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the feasibility.
5. With the above observations, these Writ Petitions are disposed. No costs.
