Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the docket order dated 21.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.31 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ponneri. ORDER

This matter was heard on 14.09.2021. Both the parties were present before the Court and expressed their willingness to settle the matter and prayed to refer the matter to mediation. Accordingly, the matter was referred to mediation. After the conduct of mediation, mediation report is received today. 2.

Perusal of mediation report dated 09.12.2021, shows that parties have amicably settled their disputes and they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to revision case in C.R.P.No.1532 of 2020 on the file of this High Court, Madras or in O.S.No.31 of 2019 pending on the file of District Munsif 1/4

Court, Ponneri. It is also agreed that the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2019 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Ponneri to be decreed in the favour of respondent/plaintiff. 3.

To facilitate the recording of settlement reached and for consequential orders, docket order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.31 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri, is set aside and the learned District Munsif is directed to re-open I.A.No.1 of 2019 and pass orders in terms of Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2021.

In view of the settlement between the parties in the mediation, C.R.P.No.1532 of 2020 is disposed of as per the settlement recorded in Mediation Settlement Agreement. Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2021, shall form part of this order. Ordered accordingly.
