This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.10.2022 made in W.P.No.20205 of 2022. 2.This Court vide order dated 18.10.2022 made in W.P.No. 20205 of 2022 issued direction to the District Collector to seize the entire records and conduct enquiry by summoning the concerned parties and the first respondent therein to find out as to whether the first respondent acted in terms of the provisions of the Patta Passbook Act, pursuant to which, the District Collector vide proceedings dated 01.06.2023, has ordered cancelling of the patta already issued by the first respondent therein/ Tahsildar.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
