Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in Memo No.025/6089/E1/TNSTC (VPM) 2007 dated 16.04.2007 in respect of

Fixation of Seniority of the respondents 3 to 16 for the post of Assistant Manager and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.342/24608/E1/TNSTC (V)2014 dated 21.04.2014 and the proc.No.351/26607/E1/TNSTC (VPM) 2014-2 dated 12.01.2015 of the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to refix the seniority of the petitioner above the respondents 3 to 16 and promote the petitioner to the post of Deputy Manager.

This writ petition is listed under the caption `for withdrawal', based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner dated 24.11.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.
