Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records resulting in the issuance of Form B dated 04.05.2018 by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently restrain the respondents from disturbing the petitioner's peaceful enjoyment and possession of his dwelling house, either by disconnection of basic facilities of water, sewer and electricity or by demolition of his Dwelling Tenement House/Block.
