This Petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4892 of 2024 dated 29.02.2024 to report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore daily at 10.30 a.m. in S.C.No.219 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. In this case final report is filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
