Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, an order of interim stay was granted on 14.03.2019 for a period of four weeks. Subsequently, by order dated 12.04.2019, the said interim order was extended till 06.06.2019. Thereafter, the same was not extended and the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
