This petition has been filed to withdraw M.C.No.2 of 2019 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam and transfer the same to III Additional Family Court at Chennai to be tried along with the F.C.O.P.No.1309 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
