This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5399 of 2025, dated 27.02.2025 in Crime No.37 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, F5 Choolaimedu police station, Chennai that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.5399 of 2025, dated 27.02.2025 in Crime No.37 of 2025 on the file of respondent police, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. is relaxed.
