This petition is filed to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.Madhuri Donti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Soundar Raj, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is 179 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 179 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
