2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed in STC.No.16 of 2016. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows :- "The petitioner is undertake to produce the animals before the trial court, and ready to cooperate for trial as per this Hon'ble Court." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The above said endorsement is recorded.

5. In view of the said endorsement, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in view of the above circumstances, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the case in STC.No.16 of 2016, on day to day basis preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to cooperate with the trial Court for conducting speedy trial.
