This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to return the original driving license (DL No.TN36 19990001457) to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
