In the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.40430 of 2015 dared 20.01.2016, by which the Writ Petition was allowed with certain directions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
