Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records and quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 24.07.2020 relating to the selection of LPG Distributorship at Chennai (Pammal) in so far as it relates to the selection of fourth respondent and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to conduct the re-draw of lots as per the rules given under the Unified Guidelines of LPG Distributorship, June 2017.
