ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case pending in Crime No.197 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sankarapuram and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.197 of 2012, after completion of investigation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

charge sheet was filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.2 of 2013.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
