ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11495 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022. 1/4

2. The respondent/contemnor, Ms.G.R.Chitra, Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Thiruvarur District is present today at the time of hearing.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur on 09.08.2023. The E-filing acknowledgement was also produced before this Court.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur to act upon the final report within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
