This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. imposed by order in Crl.O.P.No.28239 of 2023 dated 05.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
