ORDER

It is represented that Mr.M.C.Swamy has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner by way of Vakalat and also circulated a Letter dated 14.12.2016 to the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. The learned counsel also sought for liberty to pursue the Department and then, to move this Court. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

In view of the submission of the letter dated 14.12.2016 to the Registry and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
