Inasmuch as the petitioner has got effective alternative remedy by way of filing application before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal, if he chooses to do so.
