This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by asking them to come to the police station repeatedly, based on a false complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the counter parties. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to not to harass in the guise of enquiry.

petitioners and the counter party. In which, therefore the second respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the counter parties. Therefore, the second respondent is directed not to harass in the guise of enquiry.
