Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to afford an opportunity to the petitioner to participate in Medical Examination and Character and Antecedent Verification process on the vacancy arise in the provisional selection list candidates and appoint the petitioner as a Sub-Inspector if the petitioner succeed in the above process based on petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2021 and e-mail sent on 02.06.2021.
