Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in order dated 31.05.2017 in No. U.12012/127/2016-ME.I(FTS.3084749) issued with respect to the petitioner college, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to admit students to the 150 seats in the MBBS course offered by it for the academic year 2017-18.
