A.No.2282 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm Div) No.238 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This Original Application in A.No.2282 of 2024 has been filed by first defendant to vacate/set-aside the ex-parte Ad-interim Order of this Court dated 17.10.2023 passed in O.A.No.873 of 2023.

2. This Court, while entertaining the suit, granted Ad-interim injunction as prayed for by the applicant/plaintiff in O.A.No.873 of 2023. Instead of filing counter in the said application, the present application has been filed by the applicant/first defendant to vacate the ad-interim order granted by this Court.

3. There is no merit in the application. This Court is not inclined to allow this application and the same is dismissed. 24.04.2024 (1 /2 ) mfa 1/3
