ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Section 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii) (B) NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.NO.483 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was in possession of 1 kg and 200 g of ganja and the same was seized by the respondent Police. He further submitted that he is having eight previous cases of similar nature.

3. Considering the fact that there are already eight previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
