2. Both the counsels would submit that there is a possibility of settlement, if it is referred to mediation by the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. Considering the said request, this matter is referred to mediation by the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 17.07.2019 at 3 pm. It is made clear that the parties will not be entitled to any notice in the first hearing before the Mediation Centre.
