Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the ingress and egress of the members of the petitioner's association in S.No.3850 and 3860 of Tondairpet Village and consequently directing the respondents not to harass the members of the petitioners association based on the representation dated 30.03.2015.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the ingress and egress of the members of the petitioner association in S.Nos.3850 and 3860 of Tondairpet Village and to consequently direct the respondents not to harass the members of the petitioner association based on the representation dated 30.03.2015.

2. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the the members of the petitioner association in the name of enquiry and the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court.

3. In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost.
