Today, these Civil Revision Petitions are listed under the caption for "reporting compliance".

2. By an order dated 21.03.2022, this Court disposed of the revision petitions by setting aside the orders, which are impugned thereof, and remanded the matter back to the trial Court for fresh consideration. It appears that while remanding the matter, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that there is a possibility of settling the dispute among the parties. Therefore notwithstanding the order of remand, this Court also directed the parties to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court to explore the possibility of settlement. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be posted before the Mediation Centre. The Mediation Centre was also directed to submit the report after conciliation among the parties.

3. Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that there was no settlement effected among the parties. A report to that effect was also submitted by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and conciliation Centre attached to this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
