Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.S.ASWIN PRASANNA Advocate for the petitioner(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) and THE SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent (IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) the court made the following order:- Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent would submit that the proceedings before the Trial Court should not be hampered and he would request that this Court may imposed suitable condition even if prayer to dispense with is granted.

2 Considering the submissions made by learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, the appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.4 of 2020 on the file of learned II Additional District Judge, CBI Cases, Coimbatore is dispensed with. However, the petitioners shall appear on all pertinent hearings i.e. framing of charges or questioning or such other hearings as the trial court may insist upon. On such condition, the prayer to dispense with in respect of other hearings is granted.
