ORDER
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice dated 24.04.2018 in respect of L.G. and LPG lines taken through the petitioner's land. However, it is represented that pending disposal of the writ petition, both the parties have entered into a Joint Compromise and the same was duly signed by the learned counsel on either side. The said joint compromise Memo, dated 19.02.2019 is filed before this Court and submitted that the same may be recorded and this writ petition may be closed.
2. In the light of the said joint compromise entered between both the parties and the representations made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and the prayer sought for herein has become infrcutuous.
3. Accordingly, by recording the joint compromise memo along with the sketch, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous. The joint Memo of compromise along with the sketch shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
