The applications in CMP.Nos.9690, 9679 and 9684 of 2025 have been filed seeking for withdrawal of the amounts deposited to the credit of AP.Nos.69 of 1995, 124 of 1995 and 58 of 1995 on the file of Industrial Tribunal, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the Management reports that they have no objection for such withdrawal. Her submission is hereby recorded.
3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the Management, the concerned workmen are granted liberty to make applications before the learned Industrial Tribunal, Chennai seeking for withdrawal of the amounts deposited pursuant to the orders passed in the Writ Petitions in W.P.No.34791 and etc., batch. On receipt of such applications, the learned Industrial Tribunal, Chennai shall endeavour to allow the
applications as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the applications in CMP.Nos.9690, 9679 and 9684 of 2025 stand allowed.
5. CMP.Nos.9693 and 9665 of 2025 along with WA.Nos.468, 477, 470, 471, 481, 475 of 2024 and CMP Nos. 3196, 3168, 3214, 3172, 3167, 3211, 3201, 3156, 3192, 3195, 3174 of 2024 shall stand adjourned to 14.10.2025.
