BY ITS BRANCH MANAGER, WEST CAR STREET, AVANASHI, TIRUPUR DISTRICT -641 654 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of all further Proceedings pursuant to order dated 19.03.2018 made in O.S.No.23/2012 on the file of Learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge Tiruppur pending AS NO.490 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GURU DHANANJAY, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The suit is filed for partition and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to stay all further proceedings pursuant to order dated 19.03.2018 made in O.S.No.23 of 2012 on the file of learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Considering the fact that any sale would be subject to the result of First Appeal, there is no necessity to pass any interim order of stay/injunction in this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and therefore, the same is closed.
