This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer M.C.No.1 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur to any other competent Court.

2. Today (05.07.2024), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that HMOP.No.639 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Madurai been transferred to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. Since this M.C.No.1 of 2024 is also within the same parties, the same may be transferred to Principal Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with HMOP.

3.Since the petitioner is the resident of Madurai is ready to contest the case at Chennai and the HMOP filed by the petitioner at Madurai Family Court has now been transferred to Family Court, Chennai at the instance of the respondent/wife. It is convenient for all the parties to contest the cases at Family Court, Chennai. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition to transfer is allowed.

4. M.C.No.1 of 2024 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur shall stands transferred to Principal Family Court, Chennai. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.07.2024 Vv To
