O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the complainant. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant/wife of the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.1289 of 2011 for 'man missing'. Subsequently, the respondent police found the petitioner and in order to escape from the clutches of law, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition. 4.In the light of the above facts, the present complaint is nothing but abuse of process of law and hence, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
