This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 22.10.2024 made in C.C.No.156 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 98 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
