This petition is filed to condone the delay of 82 days in preferring the appeal by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction passed by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri in S.C.No.112 of 2016 vide order dated 27.11.2023.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
