Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to declare that the petitioner's association is the affiliated unit of Gymnastics Federation of India from the State of Tamil Nadu as per the proceedings of the second respondent in reference No.1246 dated 21.4.2014 and as per the provisions contained in Rule 31(b) of Constitution of Gymnastics Federation of India, within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this Court.
