ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) The applications in CMP.Nos.9693 and 9665 of 2025 have been filed seeking for withdrawal of the amounts deposited before the second respondent in A.P.No.57 of 1995 and A.P.No.118 of 1995 to the credit of the petitioners herein. 2.The learned counsel for the Management reports that they have no objection for such withdrawal. Her submission is hereby recorded.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the Management, the concerned workmen are granted liberty to make applications before the learned Industrial Tribunal, Chennai seeking for withdrawal of the amounts deposited pursuant to the orders passed in the Writ Petitions in W.P.No.34791 of 2013 and etc., batch. On receipt of such applications, the learned Industrial Tribunal, Chennai shall endeavour to allow the applications as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of three

(3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the applications in CMP.Nos.9693 and 9665 of 2025 stand allowed.
