This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully and deliberately violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No.13072 of 2019 dated 28.10.2020.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted a copy of the proceedings dated 04.10.2021 of the District Educational Officer, Vridhachalam. The contents of the proceedings show that the order passed by this Court dated 28.10.2020 in W.P.No.13072 of 2019, has been complied with.

3. In view of the same, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending any further. Therefore, this contempt petition stands closed.
