ORDER

Read this order in conjunction with and in continuation of order dated 25.04.2023. That reads as follows:- "Mr.Rabu Manohar, learned counsel accepts for R1 and Mr.A.Selva Nambi, learned counsel for Mr.V.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel, accepts notice for R2.

Mr.Rabu Manohar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, files memo dated 27.04.2023 reading as follows:- "The 1st Respondent above named submits this memo and humbly states as follows:

1.The 1st Respondent states that they have sent an unsigned instructions to the counsel representing the 1st Respondent on 27.04.2023 at 10 a.m in the morning.

2.The 1st Respondent states that the said unsigned instructions is annexed along with this memo. It has stated that the application filed by the petition institution dated 15.03.2023 will be processed in terms of Regulation 7.3 of UGC 2/4
