This application has been filed for extension of Mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Considering the above submissions and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 6 months.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
