This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide police protection pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 01.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.It is seen that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 herein. In this regard,

the petitioner submitted the representation on 01.03.2019 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after opportunity of hearing of the counter party namely the respondents 4 to 6 herein and pass orders on merits in accordance with within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
