This application has been filed seeking leave to accept a reply statement to the written statement already filed. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the original plaintiff had passed away pending the suit and that, the deponent of the affidavit had come on record as the second plaintiff. The first defendant is the legal representative of the deceased plaintiff. Written statement had been filed. It is stated that subsequent events occurred which are relevant for the adjudication of the suit. Therefore, leave is sought. It is stated that a reply is required. 3.Heard the learned Senior Counsel on behalf of the respondent also.
