Today when the matter came up for hearing, both side counsel present and the complainant is also present. A joint compromise memo is also filed. As per the same, the complainant has received the cheque amount and he is willing to accept the same as full quit for the purpose of 1/3

this case and he is willing to drop all further proceedings and compound the issue.
