ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned State Government Pleader has placed on record the communication issued by the Tahsildar. It is stated that the

encroachers are already evicted and no further encroachment has taken place.

3. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
