JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 02.06.2025 that reads as follows:- "Mr.R.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General seeks a final adjournment to implement the proposal under R.O.C.No.36769/2024/E.E.1.1, dated 20.03.2025 to include the name of the petitioner for the panel of the year 2020-2021. Seeing as this arrangement had been accepted by the State as early as on 03.04.2025, it is with some reluctance that we grant an adjournment, though finally, to enable him to do the needful.

2.List on 12.06.2025 as a final opportunity, under the caption 'to record compliance'."

Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned Senior Counsel who appears 2/4

for Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel on record for R1, confirms that proposals under R.O.C.No. 36769/2024/E.E.1.1 have been implemented in G.O.(D)No. 319, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E3) Department, dated 11.06.2025. With this, compliance stands recorded. 3.

As far as posting is concerned, Mr.Raman Laal, learned Additional Advocate General, states that necessary orders will be issued within a week and this is recorded.

We also reiterate the liberty granted to the writ petitioner at paragraph 4 of order dated 03.4.2025 to workout his remedy in respect of promotion from a retrospective date or any other benefits, in accordance with law.

This Appeal is closed in terms of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
