This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police, every alternative months at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13905 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23800 of 2022 dated 12.09.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report is filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
