This petition has been filed to extend the time to this petitioner to surrender before the Lower Court in pursuance with order dated 15.03.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.6351 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
