By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is the President of the Temple Festival Committee and he intends to conduct cultural program in connection with the temple festival on 01.06.2016 at Omakuppamthadikaravattam Arulmigu Sri Muthumariamman Koil Thiruvizha, Vaniyampadi Taluk, Vellore District and in this regard, submitted a representation to the respondent on 21.05.2016. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner come forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances and since the date of conducting the cultural program falls on 01.06.2016, this Court, in this writ petition cannot issue any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent, well in advance for conducting the cultural program in connection with the Temple festival and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, within a period of one week thereafter, in accordance with law and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
