ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.428 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 24.10.2015 in Crime No.428 of 2015 under Sections 379, 506 (i) of IPC r/w Section 3 of PPD Act and thereafter, no steps has been taken to file any final report and hence he requests to direct the second respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is in progress and within four weeks, the second respondent will file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
