JUDGMENT

An appeal is sought to be filed challenging an order of dismissing an application for rejection of plaint. An appeal is not maintainable and hence the appellant filed a memo to convert the appeal into C.R.P. under Article 227 of Constitution of India. Since an issue of limitation is likely to arise this Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. However, liberty is given to the appellant to agitate her grievance in the manner known to law.
